Michelle Minguez Moore

Michelle Minguez Moore is a Senior Associate who combines her private and public sector experience to craft creative strategic solutions to governmental issues for clients. Michelle's expertise in education, strategic alliances and state government proves invaluable in managing the day-to-day work for our clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as Special Projects Director for Bico, Inc., a biotechnology corporation. She developed marketing strategies targeting the Hispanic community in the United States and abroad.

Michelle also has extensive political experience acting as Assistant to the Director of the President's Initiative for One America at the White House during the Clinton administration.

Before serving at the White House, Michelle was a Policy Analyst for the Department of Labor. She monitored legislative activity, prepared Congressional hearings and managed Congressional member inquiries for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). She spearheaded the rulemaking process from developmental stages to implementation and evaluation analysis of OSHA policy.

Michelle is a member of the Boston University Alumni Association, American University Alumni Association and the Harvard Graduate School of Education Alumni Association. Michelle is on the Board of Directors for the One America Foundation and The National Equity Center. Michelle received her Masters of Education Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, Masters in Public Policy from American University and a Political Science BA from Boston University.
